Forge Shop

We are equipped with a range of hammers which enable us to forge single piece weighing upto 6000kgs. The shop is adequately equipped with supporting facilities such as handling equipment and heating furnaces.

Heat Treatment

The heat treatment is decisive in obtaining the required quality of products. Special emphasis is paid to the product in the heat treatment department which is equipped with furnaces capable of solution Annealing, Normalizing, Hardening, Tempering and stress Relieving.

Machining

We have a modern machine shop equipped with a comprehensive range of lathes drilling machines and other allied machines. Forging can be supplied in proof-machined or fully machined conditions.
